In the autumn of 1987, 36-year-old Robert Louis Arcaris vanished from Las Vegas, Nevada, leaving behind a mysterious and unresolved case. On October 12, 1987, Arcaris was reportedly boating on Lake Mead, a vast reservoir just east of the city. He was never seen or heard from again after that day. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as a white male, standing at 5'10' and weighing around 140 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
