In the late summer of 1990, 35-year-old Daryl Anton Stockert was preparing for a business-related trip. On September 3rd, he departed from his home in the 1200 block of Yukon Street in Lakewood, Colorado. His destination was Riverton, Wyoming, where he intended to drop off some drilling equipment with several business associates who accompanied him on the journey.
