In the late summer of 2007, Paul Ellis Elliott, a 50-year-old man from Alliance, Ohio, disappeared under circumstances that would leave his family searching for answers for years to come. On August 22nd, one of Paul's brothers contacted the Alliance Police Department to report a theft from a shed. Before officers could arrive, Paul, who had a history of minor legal troubles and a distrust of law enforcement, fled the scene on his bicycle. This would be the last confirmed sighting of him.
