On November 5, 1985, 21-year-old Robert W. Harris and his 20-year-old brother, Stephen J. Harris, were reported missing from Jamestown, Rhode Island. The brothers had left a note at their home indicating they were going fishing at Fort Wetherill State Park and planned to return by 4:00 PM that afternoon. When they did not come home as expected, their father grew concerned and went to their fishing spot to look for them.
