In the summer of 1996, a young man's disappearance would leave a family with decades of unanswered questions. On the night of July 21st, 25-year-old Gerald Michael Holmes was in Columbia, South Carolina, spending time with friends at Wade's Pool Hall on Farrow Road. Known to his loved ones as "Lil Mike" or "Michael," Gerald was a devoted father. Witnesses reported seeing him leave the pool hall alone around midnight.
