On a Wednesday in the early autumn of 2014, an 84-year-old man named Victor James Elford, also known as Vic, disappeared in Vancouver, Washington. He was last seen on September 10th of that year, walking near the Day's Inn on Northeast Vancouver Mall Drive. A motel employee was the last person known to have seen him. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as a white male, standing 5'7' and weighing between 140 and 150 pounds. He had gray or partially gray hair and blue ...
