On October 28, 1986, 23-year-old Terralyn Lasharon Johnson, a female resident of Superior Township, Michigan, vanished. A former student at Willow Run High School, Terralyn was at a point in her life filled with the potential and promise of youth. That day, however, marked an abrupt and distressing end to her known presence, initiating a cold case that would span generations, filled with few clues and the enduring pain of not knowing. Her boyfriend at the time told authorities that he dropped her off at a residence located in the 9000 block of MacArthur Boulevard in Superior Township. It was in this brief interval that she disappeared, seemingly without a trace. Terralyn Johnson has not been seen or heard from since that day. At the time she went missing, Terralyn was described as a Black female with black hair and brown eyes, standing 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighing 107 pounds. When she was last seen, she was wearing a long, gray trench coat.
