She has brown hair, which may have had highlights, and blue eyes. Keely has several distinctive tattoos, including a blue butterfly and a purple flower on her left hand, and a black ink dragon and a red Leo astrological sign on her left wrist. She also has piercings in her ears and left eyebrow and occasionally wore prescription glasses. Reports indicate she was seen being picked up by a man in a vehicle. She had expressed her intention to travel to Spearfish, South Dakota, to a friend but never reached her destination. At the time she went missing, Keely was facing personal challenges. She was married and had three young children, but her husband had asked her to leave their home due to concerns about her substance use. This situation left her homeless, and she had been staying with various friends. Friends reported that on the day she was last seen, she was under the influence of drugs and seemed incoherent before she walked away into the desert. Keely was known to struggle with addiction to methamphetamine and heroin and also had a borderline personality disorder. The investigation into Keely's disappearance has been ongoing, handled by the Yavapai County Sheriff's Office. A significant but disheartening discovery was made after she vanished when a backpack containing her personal belongings was found in the desert near Highway 93. Despite this finding, there has been no sign of Keely herself.
