Steven Sepulbeda Missing Person Case

In the late summer of 2023, concern grew for a teenager from Covington, Kentucky, named Steven De Jesus Sepulbeda. On September 16, the 16-year-old was last seen in the vicinity of East 20th Street and Madison Avenue.
