Muzzeta "Odell" Lampkin, a 60-year-old Black / African American woman, vanished on May 6, 2005, after being last seen by a family member in the bar area of 4th Street Live in downtown Louisville, Kentucky. At the time of her disappearance, she was described as being 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing approximately 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
