In the spring of 2007, a 27-year-old woman named Latisha Yvonne Milliken vanished from Nashville, Tennessee. She was last seen on March 14, 2007, in a homeless encampment known as 'Tent City' located off Hermitage Avenue. At the time of her disappearance, Latisha was experiencing homelessness.
