Official missing-person records identify her as Nancy Eileen Strohmeyer, a White woman with blonde or sandy hair, blue eyes, glasses, about 5 feet 7 inches tall and 130 pounds. She lived in the 13100 block of Millhaven Place in Germantown, and Montgomery County police have said she was last in contact with a family member by phone on the evening of February 3, 2016.
