Jose Alfredo Mendoza was a 40-year-old man from Casper, Wyoming, who disappeared on May 12, 2019. On that day, which was Mother's Day, he was visiting his mother in Scipio, Utah. He left her home, and approximately five minutes later, his phone was turned off. He has not been seen or heard from since. Mendoza has ties to Casper and Douglas in Wyoming, as well as the Wind River Reservation. The Casper Police Department is investigating his disappearance.
