In the winter of 1997, a heart-wrenching story began to unfold in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with the disappearance of a young child. One-year-old Christopher W. Harris, a little boy with black hair worn in cornrows and warm brown eyes, was last seen on December 1st of that year.
