In the early evening of March 28, 2016, 70-year-old Ernest Donell Demory was last seen at his group home located in the 5700 block of Highway 85 in Riverdale, Georgia. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing blue jeans, a denim shirt, a gray jacket, and a New York Knicks hat. Concerns for his well-being grew when it was discovered that he had left without his wallet or any extra clothing, which was considered uncharacteristic of him.
