In February 2024, concern began to grow for 49-year-old Romeo Farfan when he was last seen in Chicago, Illinois. The last known contact with him was sometime in early February, and he was officially reported as last seen in the vicinity of the 800 block of N Francisco Avenue on February 29th of that year. Described as a White Hispanic male with brown eyes, brown hair, and a light complexion, he stood 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighed around 230 to 250 pounds.
