David Kapule Missing Person Case

In the early morning hours of October 4, 1999, 78-year-old David Kapule, a male of Asian and Pacific Islander descent, vanished from his Waimanalo, Hawaii, residence. He was living in a care home on Inoa Street at the time of his disappearance. Mr. Kapule was suffering from Alzheimer's disease and a heart condition, for which he required daily medication, including a blood thinner. He had also suffered two previous strokes.
