In the winter of 2015, a sense of concern grew in Fort Smith, Arkansas, surrounding the welfare of 79-year-old Irven Thomas Kuykendall. He was last seen on January 4, 2015, near the Mid-Town Apartments, located in the 1400 block of Rogers Avenue. At the time of his disappearance, he was on foot.
