In the late summer of 2016, the family of Gordon Christopher Rowell experienced a profound loss when he vanished under perplexing circumstances. There are conflicting reports regarding the specific date and location of his disappearance. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation states that Gordon was last seen on Friday, August 26, 2016, in Brunswick, Glynn County, Georgia. This was a mere two days after he had been paroled from prison.
