In the quiet community of Lisbon, Louisiana, a day in early April 2018 took a devastating turn for the family of four-year-old Rondreiz Cortez Phillips. Known affectionately by his nickname 'Junior,' Rondreiz was last seen at approximately 11:30 a.m. playing in the front yard of his family's residence in the 100 block of Howard Road. At the time, his mother, Shelia S. Phillips, was inside the home while her boyfriend, Nicholas Gilbert, was reportedly outside working on his truck. ...
