John Pershing Brady, aged 49, was last seen on October 4, 1987, in Dunedin, Florida. Brady, along with two others, Charles and Ginger Martin, departed on a 38-foot SeaRay boat with plans to travel to Haiti. Curiously, their disappearance was not reported to law enforcement until February 26, 1988, several months after they were last seen.
