In the summer of 1990, a young woman named Felita Cervantes Ruark vanished on the day before her twenty-seventh birthday. At the time of her disappearance, she was described as an Asian female with black hair and brown eyes, standing at five feet one inch tall and weighing approximately 105 pounds.
