Richard Douglas Llamas, also known as Rich, was 47 years old when he was last seen on December 25, 1997, in Washington, D.C. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as a White / Caucasian male, standing between 5'10" and 5'11" tall and weighing between 170 and 180 pounds.
