In the winter of 2011, a 36-year-old man named Jack Austin Charles Williams vanished from Port Orchard, Washington, a community in Kitsap County. The last known contact anyone had with him was on December 15th of that year. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as a white male, standing 5'11' and weighing approximately 165 pounds, with both brown hair and brown eyes.
