In the early morning hours of December 11, 2018, 38-year-old Don Juan Casanova Jackson was seen for the last time by his family in Flint, Michigan. He was on West Taylor Street, and information from his phone later suggested his last known location was in the vicinity of Bundy and North Streets in the city. His disappearance reportedly followed a domestic dispute with his wife. Family and friends have not heard from him since that day. Concern grew when Jackson, a resident of Mt. Morris Township, remained out of contact. His wife officially reported him missing to the Mt. Morris Township Police Department on December 14, 2018. The investigation took a troubling turn eighteen days after he vanished when his black 2005 Chevrolet Impala was discovered abandoned and burned near the intersection of 5th Avenue and Cottage Grove Avenue. There was no sign of Jackson at the scene. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as a biracial male, standing between 5'7" and 5'9" and weighing 170 to 180 pounds. He had distinctive tattoos, including a cross on one arm and a heart with angel wings and a rabbit on the other. Sadly, the case of Don Juan Jackson has been resolved with the confirmation that he is deceased. Although the specific date and the circumstances of this final discovery are not detailed in publicly available information, his missing person case is now considered closed. The narrative of his disappearance began with a family dispute, followed by the concerning discovery of his burned vehicle, and ended with the heartbreaking confirmation of his passing. The lack of detailed public information surrounding the resolution leaves some questions unanswered but brings a somber conclusion to the search for Don Juan Jackson.
