On the morning of October 10, 2014, 34-year-old Noemi Alcotas and her boyfriend, Jojo Acosta, set out for a hike near Hanauma Bay in Honolulu, Hawaii. The couple ventured to a scenic yet perilous area known as the Rock Bridge, a location adjacent to the bay that, despite being restricted to the public, attracts hikers seeking breathtaking views. Their excursion, however, took a tragic turn when a large wave reportedly swept them into the ocean.
Later that day, around 1:00 p.m., fellow hikers discovered unattended bags on the rocks near the Rock Bridge. Alarmed by the find, they alerted authorities. By 3:00 p.m., rescue teams recovered the body of Jojo Acosta from the waters off Hanauma Bay. Despite extensive search efforts, there was no sign of Noemi Alcotas.
The Honolulu Fire Department, along with the Coast Guard and Ocean Safety personnel, launched a comprehensive search operation. Utilizing helicopters, boats, jet skis, and divers, they scoured the area for over three days. Despite these efforts, Alcotas remained missing, and the search was eventually suspended pending new information.
In the aftermath, Alcotas's family expressed deep gratitude to the agencies and individuals involved in the search. They acknowledged the exhaustive efforts made and extended their thoughts to the Acosta family. Despite the suspension of the search, the family continued to hope for Alcotas's safe return and urged anyone with information to come forward....Read More

on Vanished at Sea: The Mysterious Disappearance of Cameron Booth Off Chincoteague's Coast
He was a criminal, an abuser, likely who didn't want to face justice of his actions and took his own life because he could not face the consequences of what he did. The victims have told the family his crimes, with evidence. The family knows he was arrested and convicted of possession of CSAM. They know who and what he was. And they're all so equally sick they live in comfort that the victims don't want to retraumatize themselves over everything he put them through. Dont support this families sick parade of using a monster to get sympathy. He was never ashamed of who he was. He loudly boasted his crimes and justified them. The family shouldn't sit there and pretend, how far from reality are they to sit and post this man publicly on news outlets, websites, knowing who he is. Do they need attention that badly? They don't want the attention from the truth. The victims will never get justice. Do not pray for him o
